If you're travelling and worried about the condition of others' sheets, couches, public trains, etc. and tend to shift about in your sleep, this is definitely worth looking at.
I got this sleep-sack for an overseas trip and it got plenty of use. While not a necessity, it does offer some familiarity in foreign lands and peace-of-mind while you sleep.
I was worried that the sack would be restricting, but found that the rectangular shape was just loose enough to be comfortable. It's also surprisingly easy to pack into the provided pouch (unlike puffy sleeping bags).

Good for traveling. The ties at the corners are a nice touch. I've only used this for a week while traveling. The opening to get into the sack is closed with velcro which will open up with tossing and turning, but otherwise this is a good product. Taking this out and putting it away every day is a pain, but that's what I get for the peace of mind knowing where my sheets have been.
