We have several high-quality and expensive sleeping bags for cold weather camping, but for most summer outdoors camping they are just TOO warm. We purchased these from amazon and took them camping last week. We were VERY happy with their softness and insulation! Our night tempratures were 45-50 degrees and they kept us warm but not overheated. We really like the scooped top so our pillows didn't slide off and get on the tarp. My husband is 6 ft 3 inches and the extra length was great for his height. I like the extra width so I can turn over without feeling like I'm trapped. You can't zip these bags together but they are great single sleeping bags.

This is a nice sleeping bag, and the extra inches on the large size are nice, but it doesn't pack down very small. I do really like the scoop top however, and have no real complaints.
