"Not as warm as claimed and careful with size" 2010-08-05
By Mike C. (tulsa, ok United States)
This sleeping bag claims that 30 degrees is the "lower limit" and 40 is the "comfort zone." My first night using this I woke up and it was 45 degrees outside and I was freezing. I had wool socks, sweatpants, a longsleeve thermal shirt, a thin longsleeve shirt, a t-shirt, and the bag was on top of a 2.5" pad with an r value of 4.5, a pillow, and the bag was zipped all the way up. I have no idea how coleman gets their figures on temperature. Maybe by "lower limit" they mean the lowest possible temperature that you could stay alive in!

Also, I got the "adult tall" one and it seemed to fit me just right and I'm only 5'11" so the regular sized one is probably more for people 5'9" and under.

 "Great Bag" 2010-04-15
By D. Santone (Dallas. TX)
This is a great bag with good features. The head extension makes the bag comfortable on the ground or with a mat. The zipper never hangs on the fabric, which is always frustrating. It rolls tightly enough for camping (not backpacking) and kept me warm at 39 degrees in a tent. Overall great product.
